In the quiet corners of North Maharashtra, a vision was born. Nocturnal was founded on February 7, 2014, with a mission to support doctors and financial professionals through technology. What started as a small attic office with just two dedicated employees soon evolved into something much greater.
By 2015, Nocturnal officially began its operations under the leadership of Upesh R. Patil, a visionary with relentless passion and ambition. The foundation was laid, and the journey toward innovation had begun.

Nocturnal quickly transitioned from a small startup to a growing force in the tech industry. In its early years, the company collaborated with well-known industrial players, setting the stage for future expansion.
The team expanded, and the company’s reputation for reliable, cutting-edge solutions started gaining traction.
Building the Future
To meet the rising demand for advanced technology solutions, Nocturnal took a bold step—it established its own training facility. This allowed the company to:
Train skilled professionals in the latest technologies
Split operations between client projects and in-house development
Strengthen its technical expertise in Android, Java, and Full-Stack Development
This phase marked a strategic shift, positioning Nocturnal as not just a service provider but also an innovator.
The Rebranding: Flynaut SaaS
As Nocturnal continued to expand its reach and refine its expertise, we recognized the need for a brand that truly embodied our ambition, agility, and global aspirations. On March 16, 2023, we proudly unveiled our new identity: Flynaut SaaS.
This transformation was more than just a name change—it was a strategic leap forward. While we retained the same robust technology that powered Nocturnal, Flynaut SaaS represented:
