Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Project Manager to lead UI/UX development
initiatives. In this role, you’ll manage teams building responsive, interactive front-end applications
with seamless user experiences. You’ll work at the intersection of design implementation and
frontend engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage UI/UX development projects across web and mobile platforms from kickoff to
deployment. - Coordinate between front-end developers, designers, and backend teams to ensure technical
feasibility and alignment. - Oversee sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery tracking for UI/UX-related features.
- Ensure implementation of responsive design, accessibility standards, and performance best
practices. - Review front-end code quality and facilitate resolution of development blockers.
- Translate business and design requirements into technical tasks and realistic timelines.
- Monitor KPIs like page performance, UI responsiveness, and user engagement metrics.
Required Skills: - Strong understanding of front-end frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and state management
tools. - Familiarity with design systems and their implementation in code.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), cross-browser compatibility, and responsive
- development.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
Preferred: - Experience integrating UI components with backend APIs.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and front-end testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
- Basic familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD for bridging design-to-code handoffs.
